Islah Bahrawi identifies 6 people tailing his family as TNI

Islah Bahrawi said six people who trailed and watched his home and family in Jakarta have been identified as members of the TNI. The executive director of Jaringan Moderat Indonesia described a string of surveillance he noticed since mid-May 2026, after neighbors saw unknown people photographing the house, asking about the family’s activities and appearing repeatedly near the residence. He said he collected evidence including CCTV footage, photos of the stalkers, the A 1299 NB license plate that followed him, and a direction finder that one suspicious person was said to have carried near the house. One episode he highlighted occurred on May 21, when the same vehicle followed a trip from home to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 area, and then back home. Muhammad Nas, head of the TNI information center at Mabes TNI, asked Islah to submit data on the alleged involvement of TNI members for follow-up.
