INAMICE 2026 highlights digital transformation in Jakarta MICE

INAMICE 2026 returned to Jakarta on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, with a focus on digital transformation to strengthen the smart economy in the capital. The forum, organized by the MICE Study Program at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, brought together industry players, government representatives, academics and national organizations. Data from Jakarta Smart City cited at the event said transactions from a single MICE event could exceed Rp 14,3 triliun through B2B, B2C and P3DN schemes. Organizers brought in 150 in-person participants, 100 online participants and 5 exhibitors. In discussion sessions, speakers highlighted the use of digital registration, artificial intelligence, data analytics, QRIS, digital payments and hybrid event formats as supports for efficiency in Jakarta's MICE industry.
