GRIB Jaya post in Kedoya, West Jakarta, burns; 8 fire trucks deployed

The GRIB Jaya post on Jalan Manunggal V, Kedoya Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, caught fire early Monday. West Jakarta's fire and rescue agency received the report at 02.49 WIB and dispatched seven fire trucks with 35 personnel. During the response, one additional unit with five personnel joined, bringing the total to eight units and 40 personnel. West Jakarta Gulkarmat operations chief Syaiful Kahfi said firefighting began at 02.57 WIB, the fire was contained at 03.06 WIB, and the response was completed at 03.28 WIB. As of Monday morning, the cause of the fire and the size of the damage had not been detailed. GRIB Jaya legal counsel Wilson Colling said he had not received an internal report on the incident.
