Grab, EnterpriseSG roll out 3-year program for small F&B merchants

What's new: The plan includes precinct campaigns with discounts up to 15% and workshops on digital marketing and AI adoption.

Grab and Enterprise Singapore launched a three-year program on June 9 to help smaller food and beverage businesses in Singapore attract more dine-in and delivery customers while improving their digital operations. The initiative, called Grab Full House Mission, comes as many merchants face higher costs, manpower pressure and tougher competition across both channels. It includes Dine Out campaigns in Tanjong Pagar, Holland Village and Jalan Besar, with customer discounts of up to 15% to lift visibility and foot traffic. Grab and EnterpriseSG will also run four workshops and masterclasses each year with SkillsFuture Singapore, covering areas including digital marketing and AI adoption, alongside outreach and consultation sessions for merchants.
