Colt Gray, 16, pleaded guilty Friday to all 55 charges stemming from the 2024 shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, where four people were killed and nine others were injured. Gray, who was 14 at the time and was charged as an adult, entered a non-negotiated plea in Barrow County Superior Court before Judge Nicholas Primm. Prosecutors and defense lawyers will now argue over sentencing, with Gray facing at least life with parole and a possible life term without parole. The dead were students Christian Angulo and Mason Schermerhorn, both 14, and teachers Cristina Irimie, 53, and Richard Aspinwall, 39. Gray’s father, Colin Gray, was convicted in March on charges tied to giving his son the rifle used in the attack.
