Fuel Supply in Sumatera Barat Stabilizes Again, Pertamina Adds 25 Trucks
Teluk Kabung Terminal now runs 24 hours, while access through Bungus, Sitinjau Lauik and Lembah Anai is improving.
Fuel distribution in Sumatera Barat has stabilized again after conditions along several main distribution routes improved. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut said tank trucks can now reach gas stations more quickly, although road repairs, narrowed lanes and remaining landslide material still occasionally slow deliveries. To speed normalization, Pertamina has deployed 25 additional tank trucks under a spot charter scheme. The Integrated Terminal Teluk Kabung is also operating 24 hours to support receipt, storage and distribution. Access to Bungus as well as the Sitinjau Lauik and Lembah Anai routes has become smoother, bringing travel time to gas stations back close to normal.
