Former Hotel Sultan Assets Begin Moving to Cikarang Warehouse
The clearing of Blok 15 GBK is targeted for completion in 30 days, with inventory logged and labeled before shipment.
The Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center has begun moving movable assets and inventory from the former Hotel Sultan to a warehouse in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java, following the eviction of land in Blok 15 of the GBK area. The transfer has been carried out in stages since 24 June, while the overall clearing process is targeted for completion within 30 days from 20 June 2026. Before being transported, items are inventoried, packed and labeled one by one so they remain traceable during storage. The process involves a special team from the Ministry of State Secretariat and PPKGBK. Separately, the Blok 15 GBK service post has resumed registering former Hotel Sultan workers; on 22 June, 102 people reported in with various employment statuses.
