A 15-year-old boy will be tried as an adult in the shooting that wounded 12 people near Florida A&M University after a homecoming football game in Tallahassee. Prosecutors identified the teen as Anthony Rivers III and said he faces 11 counts of attempted second-degree murder and one firearm charge. Police said gunfire broke out Oct. 24 in a crowded street near Bragg Memorial Stadium after a fight between people who knew one another. Eleven people were shot and another was hurt while fleeing. Six of the victims were minors, and one remained in critical condition. Tallahassee Police Chief Lawrence Revell said none of the victims appeared to have been intended targets and more arrests were possible.
