DSI reviews 7,000 export deals worth Rp247.84 trillion
Danantara estimates annual value optimization of US$ 5 billion from coal, CPO and ferroalloy exports.
PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) has analyzed about 7,000 export transactions worth US$14 billion, or Rp247.84 trillion, since it began operations on 1 June 2026. The initial monitoring covers three strategic commodities: coal, crude palm oil, or CPO, and ferroalloy. CEO BPI Danantara Rosan Roeslani said the combined export value of the three reached nearly US$70 billion, consisting of US$30.35 billion in coal, US$22.87 billion in CPO, and US$16.43 billion in ferroalloy. An initial DSI analysis with state-owned enterprises also showed potential value optimization of about US$5 billion per year. Danantara said DSI focuses on verifying data, prices, quality, payments, and foreign exchange repatriation, without changing existing trade contracts or taking over regulator functions.
