DKI wins Cita Loka 2026 award after resolving 98 percent of complaints
The CRM system handled 299,410 of 305,658 public reports received from January 2025 to May 2026.
Pemprov DKI Jakarta won the Best Region Award in Building a Responsive Governance at the Cita Loka Festival 2026 at Hotel Aryaduta Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday. The award was supported by the performance of the Sistem Cepat Respons Masyarakat (CRM), which resolved 299,410 of 305,658 public reports, or 98 percent, from January 2025 to May 2026. The complaints came from 71,112 residents through various channels. DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung said improving Jakarta was not enough through physical development alone, but also by listening to residents' needs. Public input was used to evaluate various problems, including theft of JPO facilities, cable cutting, fires, and other public service disruptions.
