At SRMP 17 Tabanan, Prabowo has MBG lunch with students

President Prabowo Subianto had lunch with students and parents at Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Pertama 17 Tabanan in Bali on Sunday, sharing the Makan Bergizi Gratis menu. The visit came after he delivered remarks to students and parents at the school. In the session, Prabowo said Sekolah Rakyat is intended to help children from low-income families gain proper access to education. He also pointed to the surge in interest in enrolling there. Based on the report he received, applications reached about 400 students, while SRMP 17 Tabanan currently has capacity for only about 270 students. He therefore asked the central and local governments to quickly expand capacity, including finding land if needed.
