Danantara Housing Expo offers 120,000 properties from Rp120 million
12 BUMN developers are bringing 18,559 units worth Rp9.79 trillion, with down payments from 1% and terms up to 40 years.
Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is showcasing more than 120,000 property options priced from Rp120 million to Rp3 billion at NICE PIK 2, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, on Aug. 27-30, 2026. The fair brings together more than 130 BUMN and private developers across three housing segments: first home, family home, and premium living.
Danantara Indonesia CEO Rosan Roeslani said 12 BUMN developers are offering 18,559 units from 98 projects in 23 provinces, with inventory valued at Rp9.79 trillion. Of the total, 6,611 units are aimed at low-income households and 9,948 for non-MBR buyers. Danantara is also working with Himbara banks on financing with down payments starting at 1%, a fixed initial rate of 2.75%, and tenors of up to 30 years, or even 40 years. Rosan cited BPS data showing 9.29 million households still do not own homes and about 18 million are still living in inadequate housing.
