A 31-year-old Singaporean was stopped at Changi Airport Terminal 4 after officers found 105 assorted One Piece trading cards worth about S$400,000 in his luggage, authorities said. The man was directed to a baggage screening area on Nov. 2 and told officers he had two trading cards to declare. During screening, Immigration and Checkpoints Authority officers spotted anomalies in one bag and carried out a more detailed check. They also found a luxury branded bracelet. The case has been referred to Singapore Customs for investigation. ICA reminded travelers to declare and pay duty and GST on overseas purchases that exceed Singapore's duty-free and GST relief limits.
