A man was caught on surveillance video taking nine Black Thorn durians worth about S$240 from Hojiak Durians & Fruits in Jurong East in the early hours of June 14. The footage showed the man lingering outside the shop around 3:30 a.m., pulling back a canvas sheet covering a basket of durians, then leaving after several fruits fell out.
