Bright Gas 12 kg price falls Rp8,000, 5.5 kg down Rp4,000
The new agent selling prices in Java took effect July 14, at Rp220,000 per 12 kg cylinder and Rp103,000 for 5.5 kg.
Pertamina Patra Niaga lowered the price of nonsubsidized Bright Gas starting July 14, 2026. In Java, the price of Bright Gas 12 kilogram fell from Rp228,000 to Rp220,000 per cylinder, while Bright Gas 5.5 kilogram dropped from Rp107,000 to Rp103,000 per cylinder. The company said the adjustment followed periodic reviews that took market dynamics and existing mechanisms into account. Pertamina Patra Niaga Vice President Corporate Communication Kitty Andhora said the move was intended to keep the nonsubsidized LPG product competitive. Pertamina also said the figures are agent selling prices in Java, while prices in other regions may differ under local rules.
