He uses the app to divide financial allocations so routine spending can continue without affecting future goals. Agis said the digital service makes it easier to monitor savings at any time without going to a branch office. BNI President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan said changes in customer behavior such as that are driving the company’s service transformation. He said banks are no longer just places to store funds, but also partners in building more organized financial habits.
