BNI launches BNSP-licensed LSP, prepares 7 certification schemes
The certification scope will later expand to digital banking, artificial intelligence, risk management and information technology.
BNI has begun operating a professional certification institution, or LSP, licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency to strengthen governance in human capital development. In the initial phase, LSP BNI is preparing seven certification schemes in strategic fields, from general banking to internal audit. BNI has also secured ISO 21001:2018 Certification and a Letter of Compliance for ISO 30422:2022 for BNI Corporate University. According to BNI, the LSP license allows job competency certification to be carried out professionally, objectively, independently and accountably. Going forward, the certification scope will be expanded in line with the needs of the banking industry, including digital banking, artificial intelligence, risk management and information technology.
