BMKG Foresees Light Rain in Jakarta Through Monday Night
Rain is expected to start in Jakarta Selatan and Jakarta Timur in the afternoon, then spread to other areas at night.
BMKG forecasts DKI Jakarta will be mostly cloudy to partly cloudy from morning to midday, then light rain could fall from afternoon into night. On Monday, rain is expected to begin around 16.00 WIB in Jakarta Selatan and Jakarta Timur, then spread at 19.00 WIB to Jakarta Barat and Jakarta Pusat. Jakarta Utara is forecast to stay cloudy through the night, while Kepulauan Seribu is likely to be cloudy after earlier rain in the morning. In its earlier forecast for Saturday, BMKG also noted the potential for light rain at night across most of the capital. Saturday's air temperature forecast ranges from 26-34 degrees Celsius, with wind speeds of about 2-16 kilometers per hour.
