BizLink buys Interplex Datacom for up to $900 million

BizLink Holding has agreed to acquire Singapore-based Interplex Datacom from Blackstone-backed Ennovi for up to $900 million, betting on rising demand for AI data center infrastructure in Asia. The all-cash deal values Interplex Datacom at $850 million, with up to $50 million in contingent payments. BizLink, listed in Taiwan, said it will fund the purchase with cash on hand and committed debt financing from Citigroup. Interplex Datacom makes structural and mechanical parts used in AI server racks and reported about $392 million in revenue in the 12 months ended March 31. The company employs more than 1,900 people across China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
