Bigmo questioned by Polda Metro over vape promotion involving children

Polda Metro Jaya scheduled YouTuber Bigmo for questioning on Monday at 13:00 WIB over allegations that children were involved in promoting electronic cigarettes, or vape. Police said his attendance has been confirmed through his lawyer. The questioning is being held at Subdit 2 of the Directorate of Women and Children Protection and Human Trafficking. In the investigation, police first sought clarification from the complainant, identified as F, who documented the promotional video. Investigators have also secured livestream footage, video clips, and other supporting documents, and have taken statements from the parents and four children who appeared in the video. Police also visited PT TLI to examine its work relationship with the reported party while analyzing digital evidence.
