Betrand Peto sexual abuse allegation advances to investigation
Police have seized a medical report, CCTV, injury photos and social media chats as they build the case.
Polda Metro Jaya has upgraded a report of alleged sexual violence involving Alfonsus Toribio Tenkudi, alias Betrand Peto, to the investigation stage. Police said the case involving the complainant ANW was elevated on 27 Oktober 2026 after investigators questioned the victim, several witnesses and the reported party. Several pieces of evidence have also been secured, including a medical report, CCTV footage, injury documentation and social media conversations. Next, investigators will continue questioning the victim, witnesses and the reported party to complete the evidence before determining the next legal status. The case stemmed from ANW's report of an alleged sexual assault said to have occurred in the SCBD area of South Jakarta.
