Aston Villa test GBK pitch before facing Indonesia All Stars

Aston Villa held an official training session at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta on Friday afternoon ahead of a preseason match against Indonesia All Stars on Saturday (1/8) at 19.30 WIB. During the session, captain John McGinn was seen training with the squad, as was new signing Alejandro Garnacho, who returned to Indonesia after visiting earlier with the Argentina national team. Under Jakarta’s hot conditions, the players went through warmups and tactical drills under coach Unai Emery. Indonesia All Stars, managed by Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto, features selected players from the domestic competition, including Hokky Caraka, Ezra Walian, Ze Valente, and Jordy Wehrmann.
