Antonio Rudiger stays at Real Madrid through June 2027
The one-year extension ends speculation over his future after his previous deal was due to expire in summer 2026.
Antonio Rudiger has formally extended his contract with Real Madrid by one year until June 30, 2027. The agreement ensures the 33-year-old Germany defender will enter his fifth season with the La Liga club since joining from Chelsea in 2022. In the 2025/2026 season, Rudiger made 26 appearances, scored one goal and played 2,190 minutes in all competitions. Across his spell in Madrid, he has made 182 appearances with eight goals and four assists. During that time, Rudiger helped Los Blancos win La Liga, the Champions League, two UEFA Super Cups, the Copa del Rey, the Spanish Super Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
