Antam gold price rises Rp80,000 to Rp2.725 million per gram
Buyback price also rose to Rp2.585 million per gram; buyback transactions above Rp10 million face a 1.5 percent PPh 22 levy.
Antam bullion gold prices on Thursday morning jumped Rp80,000 to Rp2.725.000 per gram from Rp2.645.000 a day earlier. Data on the Logam Mulia website, monitored from Jakarta at 08.55 WIB, also showed the buyback price rising to Rp2.585.000 per gram. The increase came after Antam gold fell Rp50.000 the previous day. For other sizes, 0.5 gram was priced at Rp1.412.500, 10 gram at Rp26.745.000, 100 gram at Rp266.712.000, and 1.000 gram at Rp2.665.600.000. Buyback transactions above Rp10.000.000 are subject to a 1.5 percent PPh Pasal 22 tax, deducted directly, while Antam gold purchases are subject to a 0.25 percent PPh on the base price.
