AMI Awards 2026 features 67 categories, Bernadya and Tulus win
The 29th AMI adds four new categories, including best rap/hip-hop album and best etho music production work.
The AMI Awards 2026 were held in Jakarta on Wednesday night with a total of 67 categories, the most in the event's history. In the winners' list, Bernadya won Best Pop Female Solo Artist for “Rabun Jauh”, Tulus took Best Pop Male Solo Artist for “The Hijau”, and Perunggu was named Best Pop Duo/Group for “Pikiran Yang Matang”. YAMI staged the 29th AMI Awards under the theme “Ruang Nada Nusantara” with support from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This year also introduced four new categories: best rap/hiphop album, best etho music production work, best hipdut production work, and best east party song production work.
