Abdul El-Sayed wins Michigan Democratic Senate primary

Abdul El-Sayed narrowly won Michigan's Democratic primary for U.S. Senate after vote counting stretched overnight, defeating Rep. Haley Stevens in a closely watched test of the party's progressive wing. El-Sayed, a former Detroit and Wayne County public health official, will face former Rep.
