9 illegal structures on Pemprov DKI land in Kalideres razed
The clearance followed a BPK finding, and the kelurahan has sought fencing for the 3,700-square-meter lot to prevent reoccupation.
Joint officers demolished nine illegal structures on land owned by Pemprov DKI Jakarta on Jalan Permata Taman Palem, RT 008/RW 03, Pegadungan, Kalideres, West Jakarta, on Thursday. The cleared objects included two semi-permanent buildings and seven vehicle parking stalls on the 3,700-square-meter lot. Kalideres deputy district head Danur Sasono said the operation followed a BPK finding on the regional asset. About 50 personnel from Satpol PP, Suku Dinas Perhubungan, Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, PPSU and TNI-Polri took part in the operation. Pegadungan village head Anugerah Sholiha Susilo said outreach and warning letters SP1 through SP3 had been issued before the demolition. After the clearance, building materials were hauled away, while the kelurahan submitted a fencing request to BPAD DKI Jakarta to prevent repeated illegal occupation.
