75 TK Bumi Patra students join environmental lesson
77 parents also joined hands-on lessons in waste sorting, energy saving and plant care at two Jakarta schools.
Pertamina Foundation held an environmental education program for 75 TK Bumi Patra I students in Pondok Ranji and TK Bumi Patra II in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta, to mark Hari Anak Nasional 2026. The event, themed “Aku dan Orang Tuaku Peduli Bumi,” also involved 77 accompanying parents. The children practiced eco-friendly habits through six activities, from exercise and learning to sort organic, inorganic and B3 waste to making crafts from dry leaves. The program ended with plant care, including watering plants brought from home and tending watermelon trees under the SAMUSAPO program. Operation Director Pertamina Foundation Gusman Adiwardhana said the activity was aimed at building environmental awareness from an early age.
