30% of National Internship participants got job offers after 2025 program

An evaluation of 65,245 participants found 36.52% said the program greatly helped their finances or their families' finances.

Evaluation of the 2025 National Internship program found that 30 percent of participants received job offers after their internships ended. Manpower Minister Yassierli said Monday (22/6) the finding came from an evaluation of the first and second cohorts, which involved a sample of 65,245 participants and 7,217 mentors from internship companies. On satisfaction, 84 percent of participants said they were very satisfied, 15.9 percent were fairly satisfied, and 0.71 percent were dissatisfied. From the companies' perspective, 84 percent of mentors and companies also said they were satisfied with participants' ability to absorb new knowledge. On the economic impact, 36.52 percent of participants said the program greatly helped their own finances or those of their families. Yassierli also said 47.24 percent of participants experienced a significant improvement in skills during the internship.
