Two people died Friday night after a motorcycle crashed with a truck on the Tuas Second Link bridge near the Malaysian border, according to local media reports and footage from the scene. The collision happened about 600 meters from the Tuas Checkpoint exit bridge, heading out of Singapore. Images circulating online showed two bodies on the road beside a Singapore-registered motorcycle, while Malaysian police and paramedics responded. Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority warned of delays at Tuas Checkpoint at 9.35 p.m. before saying at 10.48 p.m. that the accident had been cleared.
