10 witnesses in BI-OJK CSR case skip KPK summons
KPK will recall eight witnesses and trace money flows and assets in the alleged money laundering case involving Heri Gunawan.
KPK recorded that 10 witnesses in the alleged corruption case over the distribution of CSR funds from Bank Indonesia and OJK failed to appear for questioning on 9-11 June 2026. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the only person who provided an explanation was House member Heri Gunawan, while the other witnesses were absent without notice. Those who did not appear included Kartini Buchari, Fitri Assiddikki, Tia Mutia, Muhammad Baden Solehudin, Ponidin, Eka Kartika, Tuti Sutinah, Herry Linggar, and Dede Ade Standi. KPK has issued a second summons for Kartini Buchari and will reschedule eight other witnesses. The questioning is needed to examine money flows and trace assets in the alleged money laundering case involving Heri Gunawan. In the case, KPK named Heri Gunawan and Satori as suspects in August 2025.
