10-man Tottenham snatch 1-1 draw at Man United on Solanke goal
Why it matters: United have taken six points from six league games, their worst start to a season since 1986.
Tottenham rescued a 1-1 draw at Manchester United on Saturday when Dominic Solanke scored in added time, denying the home side a second league win of the season. Bryan Mbeumo had put United ahead in the 73rd minute at Old Trafford, but Spurs leveled after Rodrigo Bentancur was sent off in the 78th. The midfielder saw red after a melee triggered by a challenge involving Luke Shaw. The result left United with six points from six league matches, their poorest start since 1986. Tottenham remained winless but moved off the bottom of the table, though they stayed in the relegation zone.
